Cancellation Terms

TESOL Leipzig offers the accredited and externally moderated 4-week TESOL certificate course in Leipzig, Germany.

The TESOL Course deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel, you may transfer the deposit to a future available course by paying €100 towards your balance. This too is non-refundable but is a part of your balance. You may reschedule within 2 years from your original course date reservation.

If you cancel more than once, there is a €50 fee to transfer your deposit again.

Your course balance is due on the start date of the course, before instruction begins.

Once the course has started, refunds are not possible due to events beyond our control, such as but not limited to; natural disasters, national emergencies, epidemics or pandemics, flight cancellations, travel advisories or warnings, or any personal issues that may affect your attendance, including but not limited to: illness or death of a friend, family member or yourself.

In case we are forced to cancel a course, for a reason beyond our control, you will be given the opportunity to attend a future available course. We are also not responsible for any money lost for flight or accommodation.

**Prices and currencies are subject to change. If you have already reserved with a payment, you are locked into the price at the time of reserving.


I understand that TESOL Leipzig is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. TESOL Leipzig is also not responsible for my health, safety, and/or general welfare.


I understand that if I disrupt the class because of inappropriate behavior or conduct I can be asked to leave the course without a refund.


Individual expectations vary significantly from one person to another. Moving abroad is exciting and adventurous but can also be stressful. To best prepare you, we highly recommend reading the entire website, which lays out the program in detail. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read through the website, have read all emails sent to you, and have emailed staff at with any questions or concerns.

General Health and Medical

I understand that health and/or traveller’s insurance to cover me in the event of illness or an accident is my responsibility.

If I have a medical condition that could potentially affect my attendance, training, or the training of my peers I will notify TESOL Leipzig in advance.


I have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. By placing a payment/deposit for a course, I am agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and understand that there are no exceptions.

*Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Once you apply, the Terms and Conditions that you agree to before applying will also be stated in your acceptance letter and from there on will be the Terms and Conditions applicable to you, regardless of any change.
